What is your return policy?
Items that are unworn, unwashed, all tags still attached, may be returned to the store for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of when your items were received.
What if my item is damaged?
Items are thoroughly checked prior to shipping. If you have received a defective or damaged product, I am so sorry! NOTE: if you ship us back the product and it is deemed NOT defective we will not reimburse shipping charges. Only when an item is 100% defective will we issue a refund.
How to return an item:
→ email info@shoputopia.ca and let us know why you want to return the item. Once the process has started we have 14 days to receive the merchandise. If it is outside the 14 days, we will not be able to offer you store credit or the exchange, and the item(s) will be sent back to you at your expense.
→ Drop off the secure, sealed package at any shipping location. Please note, you will be responsible for shipping costs.
→ Once we receive the shipment we will contact you and set you up with an online store credit for future use!
How to exchange an item:
→ Once we have received your return back, and it has been processed, you will be emailed with a store credit within 72 hours.
Cancellations:
Once an order has been placed it can not be modified. Promo codes cannot be applied once an order has gone through. No exceptions.
